HXTL Secures Qinghai Solar Thermal Project Bid, Targeting Grid Connection by 2028

Hengxin Technology Ltd. (HXTL) announced that its indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Zhongguang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., has received a “Shortlisting Notice” from the Qinghai Provincial Development and Reform Commission, confirming its successful bid for the first batch of independent solar thermal projects scheduled for 2026 in Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province.

Construction of the solar thermal facility must start no later than 31 December 2026, with project completion and grid connection required by 31 December 2028.

Management views the bid success as validation of the Group’s technical capabilities in solar thermal power generation and expects the project to strengthen market competitiveness and support long-term profitability.

No formal definitive contract has been signed to date; specific project terms remain subject to the final agreement. The Board cautions that project progress may be affected by multiple factors, introducing implementation uncertainties. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in HXTL shares.
