Deep News03-30 22:51

Federal Reserve Governor Stephen Milan stated in an interview that he supports the central bank reducing interest rates by a total of 100 basis points over the coming year. Milan said, "I believe we can gradually lower rates by about one percentage point, to be accomplished within a year." Furthermore, he mentioned that the private credit market has not posed an economic risk "so far," but it is a risk he is monitoring, using the current terminology, meaning it is worth keeping under "surveillance."
