KINGFARPROPERTY (01354) has announced that Sigma CPA (Special General Partnership) and KPMG have resigned as the company's auditors, effective immediately following the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting. The resolution to appoint Shinewing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) and Shinewing (HK) Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company’s new domestic and international auditors was passed at the extraordinary general meeting. They will serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company.
