A market supervision plus township and street joint screening mechanism was established to deeply explore potential catering entities in the jurisdiction and enrich the cultivation reserve database. Close attention was paid to key cultivated enterprises, work was scheduled in reverse against the standards for reaching the designated size, operating progress was followed up monthly, statistical ledgers and food safety management were standardized, and enterprises were ensured to meet standards and enter the database, continuously releasing the pulling effect of incremental growth.
Promoting enterprise efficiency and giving play to a booster for growth. For key cultivation targets, one enterprise, one policy was implemented, assisting enterprises in optimizing dish structures, expanding group meal and takeout businesses, connecting with banquet orders, and activating new momentum for development. At the same time, guidance for inclusion in the statistical system was provided, enterprise tax declarations were tracked, operating ledgers were improved, and once standards were met, the process for inclusion in limited-scale statistics was launched in a timely manner, giving play to the industry-driving effect of high-quality local catering enterprises and leading entities.

Law dissemination into enterprises was carried out on a regular basis, guiding operators to operate lawfully and prevent compliance risks.
