CHINA RES LAND (01109) announced the following arrangements: 1. The current auditor, KPMG, will retire upon the conclusion of the upcoming annual general meeting and will not be reappointed; and 2. Upon the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board resolved on May 11, 2026, to propose the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the new auditor following KPMG's retirement. This appointment is subject to approval by the company's shareholders at the annual general meeting.
