The move comes after the company announced a formal name change. In addition, earlier this June, ByteDance's Volcano Engine revealed a deep partnership with Hong Kong Television Broadcasts Limited. The collaboration will focus on the application of the Beanbag video generation model Seedance 2.0, covering areas such as intelligent production of film and television content, short drama production, exploration of IP commercialization, and cloud infrastructure development.
