Stock News2025-10-14

LVJI TECH (01745) announced that in response to the trend of cultural consumption upgrading and to promote diversified business development, the group intends to launch a new business line through a cooperation model of "cultural tourism intellectual property + gold industry," creating a differentiated product line.

Accordingly, the company's board of directors announced that based on the group's existing core business, the company is considering establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong to engage in gold product sales through a business model of "direct flagship stores + nationwide chain franchise stores."

The subsidiary will focus on gold coin sets, creating a clear distinction from mainstream gold jewelry in the market. The product range is expected to include commemorative coins, investment coins, and limited collectible coins series. The group also does not rule out future acquisitions of other local Hong Kong gold coin companies to further strengthen its industrial chain layout and enhance industry competitiveness.

The company emphasizes that as of the date of this announcement, the subsidiary has not yet been established, and specific details regarding the establishment of the subsidiary and its final business model are still in preliminary negotiations. The company also confirms that no acquisition activities or agreements have been reached regarding potential business updates at this stage.
