Stock Track | Kingboard Holdings Soars 5.03% Intraday on Strong PCB Sector Earnings, Easing Nvidia Concerns and Reduced Shareholder Selling Pressure

Stock Track07-15

Kingboard Holdings' stock soared 5.03% during intraday trading on Wednesday, reflecting strong investor sentiment toward the PCB manufacturer.

The surge follows multiple core PCB companies releasing H1 earnings pre-announcements showing significant year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter profit growth, which has catalyzed continued strength across the sector. Additionally, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang's explicit denial of rumors regarding Rubin Ultra delays has eased prior valuation pressure on the PCB supply chain that stemmed from concerns about Kyber architecture postponements.

Further supporting the price movement is the reduction of stake by major shareholder Hallgain Management Limited to 31.54%, approaching the 30% mandatory general offer threshold. Analysts from Citi suggest this indicates the intensive selling cycle is nearing its end, providing marginal relief from overhang pressure. Citi also highlighted that electronic cloth average selling prices may exceed expectations, potentially driving Kingboard Holdings' H1 results above market consensus.
