EC Healthcare has announced that its board of directors will convene on 29 June 2026 in Hong Kong to review and approve the consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026. The board will also deliberate on the declaration of a final dividend, if any.
The meeting was disclosed in a filing dated 16 June 2026, signed by Company Secretary Raymond Siu. As of the announcement date, the board comprises three executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
