Knowledge Atlas Technology Joint Stock Company Limited on 23 April 2026 detailed a shift to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the company’s Articles of Association.
Under the new framework, “Actionable Corporate Communications” — materials requiring shareholder instructions, such as proxy forms or election notices — will be emailed individually to shareholders. Where no functional email address is available, the company will send a printed copy alongside a request form to obtain a valid email address for future use.
For all other corporate communications, the documents will be posted on the company website (www.zhipuai.cn) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). The company will no longer issue separate notices of publication; shareholders are expected to monitor these websites for updates.
To support the transition, shareholders are encouraged to submit a functional email address by completing an online form accessed via the QR code provided in the notice before 17 May 2026. Alternatively, email addresses or future changes can be submitted at any time to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or by email (2513-ecom@vistra.com).
Shareholders preferring printed copies of all future communications, or those unable to access the electronic versions, may request hard copies free of charge by writing to the share registrar or emailing the above address. The chosen preference will remain effective until revoked or superseded.
