A conference call to discuss the results and provide a business update is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (3:00 p.m. Israel Time) on the same day.

In its previous first quarter report, the company posted revenue of $558 million, a 27% year-over-year increase, with adjusted operating income reaching $95 million, up 61%. Operating cash flow was $75 million.

Driven by this strong quarterly performance, the company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance midpoint to $1.975 billion and expects EyeQ chip shipments of approximately 38 million units. The adjusted operating income guidance was also increased to $210 million.

For the second quarter, the company anticipates EyeQ chip shipments of around 9.3 million units, with revenue expected to decline approximately 6% year-over-year.

Gross margin is projected to be slightly lower than the first quarter, while operating expenses are expected to remain largely flat.

The company noted that exports from Chinese automakers were a significant driver of growth in the first quarter, but management expressed a cautious outlook for this segment in the second half of the year, favoring a more conservative forecast.
