CGS (06881) announced the successful issuance of its 13th short-term financing note for 2025 by China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. on June 16, 2025. The note had a total issuance amount of RMB 4 billion with a coupon rate of 1.64% and a maturity period of 183 days, set to be redeemed on December 16, 2025. On the redemption date, the company settled both principal and interest totaling RMB 4,032,889,863.01.
