YEAHKA LIMITED (the “Company”) submitted its monthly return for November 2025. According to the filing dated December 4, 2025, the authorized share capital remained at 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.000025 per share, translating to a total of USD 25,000. No changes were recorded in authorized share capital during the period.

The total number of issued shares remained 462,162,442, comprising 461,568,442 issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and 594,000 treasury shares by November 30, 2025.
