MGM China Proposes Issuance of Dollar-Denominated Senior Notes

MGM China has announced plans for an international offering of notes targeted exclusively at professional investors. Deutsche Bank, Singapore Branch and J.P. Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited have been appointed as joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners, and syndicate capital markets intermediaries for the proposed note issuance, subject to compliance with Paragraph 21 of the SFC Code and other additional requirements. As of the date of this announcement, the total principal amount of the notes and certain terms and conditions have not yet been finalized. If the notes are issued, the company intends to use the net proceeds to partially repay outstanding amounts under its 2025 revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes. The company will be permitted to re-borrow the relevant amounts under the 2025 revolving credit facility.
