The initiative channels financial support directly through the UnionPay mobile app to nine fully licensed local merchants, aiming to unlock domestic demand and drive a steady recovery in the district's hospitality and catering economy.
The promotion runs from 6:00 AM on September 18, 2026, to 12:00 PM on September 30, 2026, with daily redemption windows open between 06:00 and 24:00. Participating businesses include seven dining venues: Dexin Zhuang Hotpot Restaurant, Chuang Guandong Hotpot Bistro, Jinhua BBQ City, Xiaochu Niang Steak Pot, Yilefu BBQ, Yishankui Korean Grill, and Dazui Quanyang Restaurant. Two accommodation providers complete the roster: Yuting Business Hotel and Ake Premium Hotel, both located within Wucui District.
No online coupon registration is required for consumers. Shoppers simply visit participating stores in person, and qualifying purchases automatically trigger the discount at checkout. The savings are split into separate dining and lodging categories, each with its own independent quota. Once the allocated subsidy pool for a category is exhausted, that portion of the promotion will conclude immediately.
Discount tiers are identical for both dining and accommodation: spend 100 yuan to save 10 yuan, spend 200 yuan to save 20 yuan, or spend 300 yuan to save a full 60 yuan. Each user can claim each discount tier once per day per category, with dining and lodging benefits counted separately. Across both categories, a single customer can enjoy up to 15 total discounts during the event period, with no cross-category quota interference.
Authorities have issued a reminder that all transactions must reflect genuine dining or lodging consumption. Any attempts to exploit the subsidy through prepaid card schemes, fake transactions, order manipulation, or cash-out practices will result in immediate disqualification for both merchants and individuals involved.
