FAR INTL Grants 2.65 Million Award Shares to CEO, CFO and Key Staff, Equal to 0.28% of Issued Capital

FAR International Holdings Group Company Limited (FAR INTL) announced a voluntary grant of 2.65 million award shares on 2 July 2026 under its Share Award Scheme adopted on 9 April 2025. The allocation represents about 0.28% of the company’s issued share capital.

Of the total award, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Wang Tiantian and Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Shi Dite each received 936,000 shares. The remaining 775,000 shares were distributed among nine other employees.

Grants to the CEO and CFO constitute connected transactions but are fully exempt from reporting, announcement and shareholder approval requirements under Rule 14A.76(1) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules because all applicable percentage ratios are below 0.1%.
