One hundred individuals in our province have been recognized as top talents under the Yanzhao Golden Terrace Talent Gathering Initiative and will receive provincial government work allowances and other related benefits.
To fully stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurial vitality of skilled personnel and leverage the leading and supporting role of highly skilled talent in high-quality development, the provincial government issued a notice on January 16th titled "Regarding the Recognition of Top Talents (Skills Platform) for the 2025 Hebei Province Yanzhao Golden Terrace Talent Gathering Initiative."
Following procedures including tiered recommendations, expert evaluations, and public disclosure, 100 individuals, including Yu Dong, Ma Xianghui, Ma Haiming, and Wang Yidong, were recognized as top talents (skills platform) for the 2025 Hebei Province Yanzhao Golden Terrace Talent Gathering Initiative and were awarded the corresponding certificate.
Starting from the month following their recognition, these 100 individuals will receive provincial government work allowances and other related benefits in accordance with relevant regulations.
The notice requires all localities and relevant departments across the province to effectively strengthen talent service guarantees, improve the entire chain mechanism for the cultivation, utilization, evaluation, and motivation of skilled personnel, and optimize the development ecosystem for skilled talent.
It calls for increased publicity of the exemplary deeds of top skilled talents, sharing their growth stories to foster a social climate that honors labor, values skills, and celebrates great achievements.
The notice also emphasizes the continuous improvement of policies to attract skilled talent, aiming to draw more outstanding skilled individuals to settle in Hebei and contribute to its development, thereby providing solid skilled talent support for accelerating the construction of a strong economic and beautiful Hebei and striving to write the Hebei chapter of Chinese modernization.
Skilled workers across the province are encouraged to take the top skilled talents as role models, diligently hone their skills and techniques in their respective posts, firmly follow the path of achieving success and serving the country through skills, and inject more technical strength into Hebei's development.
