C STRATEGIC TEC (01725) announced that all conditions under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled. The subscription was completed on March 23, 2026, in accordance with the agreement's terms. A total of 161 million subscription shares have been allotted and issued to the subscriber. This represents approximately 26.64% of the company's total issued share capital immediately prior to the completion and about 21.04% of the enlarged issued share capital following the allotment and issuance of the subscription shares.
