China Everbright Environment Group Limited (EB Environment) has issued a notification outlining how new registered shareholders can select their preferred format and language for receiving future corporate communications.

1. Four Delivery Options • Website Version: Access documents via www.cebenvironment.com with email or postal notification of publication. • Printed Chinese Version Only. • Printed English Version Only. • Both Printed Chinese and English Versions.

2. Response Deadline The enclosed reply form must reach the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by 21 May 2026. If no reply is received by that date, shareholders will automatically be enrolled for the Website Version.

3. Change of Preference Shareholders retain the right to alter their chosen format or request printed copies at any time by giving reasonable written notice through post or email (257-ecom@vistra.com).

4. Access to Documents All future corporate communications—including directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will remain available on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website.
