Hang Lung Properties Limited released the English and Chinese versions of four key documents on 27 March 2026: 1) the 2025 Annual Report, 2) a circular containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM), 3) the related Proxy Form, and 4) the 2025 Sustainability Report.
All documents are accessible on both the company website (www.hanglung.com) and HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).
AGM Details • Date & time: Thursday, 30 April 2026, 10:00 a.m. • Venue: Grand Ballroom, Lower Lobby, Conrad Hong Kong, Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Hong Kong.
Document Distribution • Shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy communications will find printed versions of the Annual Report, circular and proxy form enclosed with the notice. • Shareholders opting for electronic communications can access the materials via the “Investor” section of the company website. • The 2025 Sustainability Report is provided exclusively in electronic form; printed copies are available free of charge upon written request.
Request Windows • If shareholders encounter difficulty accessing the electronic files, a printed copy will be sent within 21 days of a written or email request (within seven days if the document requires shareholder action). • Future changes to language or means of receipt can be made at any time by notifying the company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.
Administrative Notes • To expedite future communications, shareholders are encouraged to submit an email address via the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form. • Instructions to receive printed materials remain valid for up to one year unless revoked or superseded.
