Capital Realm Financial Holdings Group Limited (Capital Realm) disclosed that its unaudited consolidated net asset value (NAV) per share stood at HK$1.630 on 31 July 2026.
The calculation is based on 249.06 million shares in issue at the reporting date, according to the Hong Kong–dated announcement released on 14 August 2026.
The statement was authorised for release by the Board, which is chaired jointly by Mr. Deng Dongping and Mr. Zhang Zixing and comprises a total of nine directors, including executive, non-executive and independent non-executive members.
