Shenzhen Center Power Tech.Co.,Ltd. (002733.SZ) has issued an announcement addressing and refuting multiple false statements circulating online. The company stated that these unverified reports, spread across internet platforms, social media, and certain self-media outlets, have negatively impacted its corporate image, disrupted normal operations, and misled investors.
The company clarified that it has no cooperative relationship with Huawei. The concept of "Tau (τ) Law" recently mentioned by Huawei is not related to the company's core business operations.
Center Power Tech further stated it is not a "core supplier of AI computing power infrastructure." It explained that its power supply systems account for only 5%-10% of the total investment in any single data center or computing center.
To date, the company has not engaged in business cooperation with Huawei, ByteDance, NVIDIA, or Microsoft.
Additionally, the company's hydrogen energy business remains in the early stages of commercialization. Revenue from the hydrogen energy segment in 2025 was 8.69 million yuan, which had a minimal impact on the company's overall operating performance.
The company is currently in the research and development phase for solid-state batteries and has not generated any sales revenue from this technology.
Regarding its investment in Wuxi Pangu New Energy Co., Ltd., a company primarily producing sodium-ion batteries, Center Power Tech noted that Pangu New Energy reported a net loss of 39.28 million yuan in 2025. Consequently, the sodium-ion battery business also has a very limited effect on the company's operating performance.
