In an effort to bolster the sustained high-quality growth of its wholly-owned subsidiary Tongwei Solar Technology Co., Ltd., Tongwei Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 600438) has announced plans for a capital increase.
The company intends to invest 5.06 billion yuan into Tongwei Solar Technology Co., Ltd. The injection is designed to optimize the subsidiary's asset-liability structure, strengthen its capital base and risk resilience, and enhance its operational efficiency and overall competitiveness.
The newly added capital will be recorded as capital reserve in the accounts of Tongwei Solar Technology Co., Ltd.
