BAIGE DIGITAL (02672) Announces Appointment of Zhu Tao as Non-Executive Director

BAIGE DIGITAL (02672) has issued an announcement that, effective from October 16, 2026, Mr. Zhu Tao has been appointed as a non-executive director, and Mr. Lu Weidong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director.

Following the appointments of Mr. Zhu Tao and Mr. Lu Weidong, the resignations of Mr. Zheng Yu as a non-executive director and Dr. Jiang Min as an independent non-executive director also took effect on the same date.

Effective from October 16, 2026, the composition of the company's board committees has undergone the following changes: Dr. Jiang has ceased to serve as the chairman of the remuneration and assessment committee and a member of the nomination committee. Dr. Zhao Zhengtang has ceased to serve as the chairman of the audit committee and has been appointed as the chairman of the remuneration and assessment committee. Mr. Lu Weidong has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee, a member of the remuneration and assessment committee, and a member of the nomination committee.
