LINGBAO GOLD (03330) announced that Mr. Wu Liming has resigned as executive director, effective from December 16, 2025. Consequently, he will no longer serve as a member of the Strategy Committee but will remain as the company's vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Wang Pinran has been appointed as executive director and a member of the Strategy Committee, effective from the same date.
