Robotechnik Intelligent Technology Receives CSRC Approval for Hong Kong IPO

On June 26th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued a filing notice for the overseas listing of Robotechnik Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE: 300757). The company plans to issue no more than 34,014,550 ordinary shares for its overseas listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Robotechnik Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd. had previously submitted an application for listing to the Hong Kong exchange on May 13th, 2026. Huatai International, Citigroup, and Orient Securities International are acting as joint sponsors for the offering.

Its automation equipment and solutions are critical components and core support for manufacturing photovoltaic energy systems, as well as products for optical interconnection, optical sensing, and optical computing.

In addition to standalone automation equipment, the company also delivers complete production lines. Furthermore, it offers copper interconnection solutions based on copper electroplating technology.
