Fujian Unveils Provincial Specialized and Innovative SME List, Two Quangang Companies Make the Cut

Fujian Province has officially announced its latest batch of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, with two companies from Quangang among the 66 selected firms.

The notice, issued by the Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, was formally released under document number Min Gong Xin Zhong Xiao [2026] No. 81. The list includes enterprises such as Fujian Hongran Intelligent Control Information Technology Co., Ltd., and was determined in accordance with the Implementation Rules for the Tiered Cultivation and Management of High-Quality Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Fujian Province.

Support for enterprise development

Industrial and information technology departments across all cities and districts are required to step up support in areas including research and development innovation, technological transformation, brand cultivation, standards guidance, market expansion, digital and intelligent transformation, green and low-carbon development, and financing promotion.

Enterprises on the list are encouraged to focus on their core business, prioritize research and development, improve quality, and deepen their presence in specialized industry segments, with the goal of growing into national-level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprises.

Monitoring and reporting requirements

Provincial-level specialized and innovative SMEs have been incorporated into the small and medium-sized enterprise operation monitoring system. Companies are required to complete registration on the SME Production and Operation Monitoring Platform at http://baosong.miit.gov.cn by October 30, and to fill out the SME production and operation survey questionnaire before the 25th of each month.

Local industry and information technology departments are instructed to carefully organize registration and questionnaire submission work, and to strengthen follow-up supervision and urging to ensure compliance.
