Sino-Ocean Issues AGM Notice; Meeting Scheduled for 29 June 2026 in Beijing

Sino-Ocean Group Holding Limited has released its latest Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.sinooceangroup.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The AGM will be convened at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, 29 June 2026, at the Meeting Room, 31/F, Tower A, Ocean International Center, 56 Dongsihuanzhonglu, Chaoyang District, Beijing, PRC.

Shareholders who have previously opted for physical mailings will receive printed copies of the current corporate communications in their selected language. Non-registered shareholders wishing to obtain printed copies of future corporate communications must complete and return the enclosed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or submit requests via email to sinooceangroup.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

Investors who do not provide a valid email address through their intermediaries will not receive electronic publication notifications and will need to monitor both the company’s and the HKEX websites for document releases.
