On August 25, 2026, Lighthouse Light Investments Limited (the "Declarant") acquired 11,429,000 shares of Xiaocaiyuan International Holding Ltd. (the "Company") by way of a transfer from XCY Future Limited. This was an off-exchange transaction and not a direct dealing in the secondary market.

Prior to the acquisition, the Declarant's long position in the Company was 441.21 million shares, representing 37.5%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 452.63 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 38.47%.

This involves related parties: 汪书高, 田春永, 周斌, 陶旭安, 叶红利, 方志国, 汪维芳, 陈海燕, 汪恩鹏, 田嘉文, 李道庆, XCY Yongqing Limited.
