Repurchase Mandate Utilisation • Shareholders authorised a maximum buy-back of 25.46 million shares on 30 June 2026. • Cumulative purchases under this mandate total 3.48 million shares, representing 1.37 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date. • Under Hong Kong listing rules, Zhihu is restricted from issuing new shares until 12 September 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.
