QIYUNSHAN FOOD Sees Major Share Transfer Totaling HK$18.36 Million

Information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals a significant share position change for QIYUNSHAN FOOD (02797) on July 13th. The total value of the transferred shares amounted to HK$18.36 million, representing 5.83% of the relevant holdings.

In this transaction, a shareholder of the company transferred 837,000 shares to HENYEP SECURITIES while moving out 1,015,500 shares from SHIN CHENG SECURITIES.

The company is a Chinese fruit-based snack firm primarily focused on marketing and selling Choerospondias axillaris (Southern Sour Jujube) food products. According to data from a consulting firm, the group held a 29.0% share of China's Southern Sour Jujube food market by retail sales value in 2025, ranking first in the industry. Since 1997, the group's flagship product, Southern Sour Jujube Cake, has been continuously certified as a "Green Food" by China's Green Food Development Center for over 30 years and was also recognized as a "National Geographical Indication Protection Product" in 2018.
