Regarding pricing, leveraging its "super supply chain" that connects global brands directly, JD's self-operated home renovation service is committed to offering users the best value in home improvement, furniture, and appliance products, positioning itself as a trustworthy platform for hassle-free selection. For services, the standardized offerings of JD Home's industrial delivery platform ensure construction quality and service experience, eliminating consumer concerns about after-sales support and providing a reliable one-stop renovation solution.
In product selection, over 500 professional buyers source and curate items directly from 14 countries worldwide, establishing a comprehensive, one-stop home renovation super supply chain system with integrated fulfillment. Large-scale procurement enables better pricing, driving down the cost of standard imported materials. During the construction phase, JD Home innovatively built an industrial delivery platform to replace the need for consumers to manage workers or supervise sites. Currently, the platform includes over 5,200 directly managed industrial workers covering 10 major professional trades, ensuring standardized delivery. For design, JoyAI collaborates with 101 global master designers and over 1,000 full-time designers, using data from JD's more than 700 million active users to create living design solutions tailored to different lifestyles.
