Galaxis Tech released its inaugural 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, outlining progress in talent management, intellectual property, supply chain oversight and decarbonisation.
Employment and Training • Headcount rose 12.4% year-on-year to 876, with female representation edging up to 20.9%. • Voluntary turnover fell to 21.69% (2024: 26.32%), while overall staff satisfaction scored 82/100. • 72% of employees received training; average training time stood at 4.3 hours. • Zero work-related fatalities were recorded; lost-time injuries declined to 37 days from 180 days a year earlier.
Innovation and IP Protection • The company secured 40 new patents during 2025 and now holds 351 valid patents (73 inventions, 249 utility models, 29 designs). • Registered trademarks total 107. No material IP infringement cases were reported. • R&D incentives and an ISO/IEC 27001-certified information-security framework underpin technology development.
Product Quality and Supply Chain • Quality management is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, covering the full robotics value chain. • No product recalls or customer complaints were reported; the latest customer-satisfaction survey scored 96.88/100. • The supplier base stands at 1,049 (98% domestic). Annual performance reviews guide retention or termination.
Environmental Performance and Targets • Scope 1 emissions rose to 344.05 tCO₂e (2024: 280.50 tCO₂e); Scope 2 emissions to 59.21 tCO₂e (2024: 48.27 tCO₂e). Overall intensity improved to 0.44 tCO₂e per million renminbi revenue versus 0.46 in 2024. • Electricity use increased to 768,674 kWh; intensity fell to 8.46 kWh per million renminbi revenue. • Water consumption reached 13,280 tonnes with intensity of 14.61 tonnes per million renminbi revenue. • Management targets include peaking carbon emissions by 2030 and achieving operational carbon neutrality by 2055; rooftop solar and green-power procurement are under evaluation. • Packaging-waste recycling is slated to reach 85% by 2027, with a goal of zero waste-to-landfill by 2033.
Governance and Community • The Board retains ultimate ESG oversight; all directors will receive at least one dedicated ESG training session annually. • Anti-corruption mechanisms include whistle-blowing channels and mandatory integrity agreements for suppliers; no significant cases were recorded. • Community donations totalled RMB 2,000 in 2025. • The company received the “2025 ESG Exemplary Enterprise Award” from the International Green Zero-Carbon Festival.
Galaxis Tech emphasises that it will continue to refine ESG disclosures, including exploration of Scope 3 emissions and internal carbon pricing, as part of its long-term sustainable-development roadmap.
