Delton Technology Maintains 472.71 Million Share Capital in July 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

Delton Technology (Guangzhou) Inc. filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that authorised and issued share capital stayed unchanged at 472.71 million shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00. The structure continues to comprise 46.00 million H shares listed in Hong Kong and 426.71 million A shares listed in Shenzhen.

The number of issued shares—46.00 million H shares and 426.71 million A shares—recorded no movement during the month, and the company held no treasury shares.

Delton affirmed that its H-share public float met the Exchange’s 5 per cent threshold as of 31 July 2026.

Under the 2024 Share Option Incentive Plan, 2.32 million A-share options remain outstanding. In parallel, 2.29 million restricted A shares are reserved under the 2024 Restricted Share Incentive Plan. If fully exercised or vested, the two programmes would introduce up to 4.61 million new A shares—equivalent to approximately 1.08 per cent of the existing A-share base.

The issuer reported no warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong depositary receipts, or other share-linked instruments during the month.

The filing was authorised by Chairman and Executive Director Xiao Hongxing on 5 August 2026.
