On September 22, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. acquired 1.07 million shares of BOSS ZHIPIN-W (02076) by way of taking a security interest in shares in an off-exchange transaction (cash consideration) at an average of HKD 56.406 per share, involving about HKD 60.47 million. On the same date, the bank's short position in the company increased from 10.90 million shares (1.28%) to 13.11 million shares (1.53%).

Prior to the acquisition, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in BOSS ZHIPIN-W was 42.06 million shares (4.97%); following the transaction, the holding changed to 43.13 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 5.03%. For the short position, the holding increased from 10.90 million shares to 13.11 million shares, with the ratio rising from 1.28% to 1.53%.
