The Risk Assessment Committee is now chaired by Executive Director and Board Chairman, Mr. Zhu Gongshan, replacing Executive Director and Vice Chairman, Mr. Zhu Yufeng, who remains a committee member. Meanwhile, Mr. Huang Wei has joined as an Executive Director, President, and a member of multiple committees, including Risk Assessment and Corporate Governance.

There are also adjustments in non-executive directorship responsibilities, though relevant individuals continue to serve on the board in alternative capacities.
