NetEase has launched its 2026 spring campus recruitment initiative, significantly expanding its scale compared to previous years. The program offers nearly 2,000 internship positions with the potential for conversion to full-time roles, targeting the class of 2027. These opportunities span multiple fields including research and development, planning, art design, and operations.

According to a representative from NetEase's campus recruitment team, the total number of internship openings has increased by 70% compared to last year, with technical positions doubling in availability. The overall conversion rate from internship to full-time employment exceeds 50%, reaching nearly 70% for core R&D roles. During last fall's recruitment cycle, NetEase onboarded 1,500 new graduates.

For new graduates joining the company, NetEase operates a well-established training program called the "E-Plan." This initiative provides customized growth plans, professional mentorship throughout the onboarding process, and includes a dedicated mini-project featuring immersive practical training. Through these mini-projects, new hires from different departments form teams to simulate real-world work environments, collaboratively developing internet products from conception to completion. This training program has received the prestigious ATD Excellence in Practice Award and has incubated several successful titles including Identity V.

Additionally, NetEase Games has introduced specialized recruitment programs such as the "ArtSpark Plan" this year, offering positions for art students in concept art, character design, environment editing, special effects animation, GUI design, technical art, and audio-visual design.

The company emphasized its commitment to recruiting versatile talent with interdisciplinary skills, particularly seeking professionals who excel in both algorithm development/graphics engines and game design. This strategy aims to ensure effective technology implementation and enhanced user experiences. Moving forward, NetEase plans to maintain substantial investment in vertical models, AI-native gameplay innovations, and cultivating cross-disciplinary talent to develop more forward-thinking professionals for the digital content industry.
