Century Group International Holdings Limited (CENTURY GP INTL, 02113) has appointed Ms. Liang Yawen, aged 39, as an executive director with effect from 24 June 2026, in accordance with Rule 13.51 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
Ms. Liang currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of 西聯專業技術(深圳）有限公司, where she oversees financial strategy, industry research and human-resource cost control. Her background spans company secretarial duties, corporate operations and wealth-management roles, including prior positions as board secretary, general-manager assistant and consultant.
Under a letter of appointment with Century Group Intl., Ms. Liang will serve an initial three-year term, renewable for successive three-year periods. She will hold office until the next annual general meeting, at which she will be eligible for re-election, and will thereafter be subject to retirement by rotation in accordance with the company’s articles of association. The appointment carries no annual emolument.
Ms. Liang has not held directorships in any other listed companies in the past three years, holds no shares or derivative interests in Century Group Intl. or its associated corporations, and has no relationships with existing directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders that require disclosure.
Following this appointment, the board comprises two executive directors—Mr. Man Wai Lun and Ms. Liang Yawen—and three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Law Michael Ka Ming, Mr. Chung Man Lai and Ms. Lam Yuen Man Maria.
