CHINA UNICOM Reports 96.5% Customer Issue Resolution Satisfaction Rate for Q1

CHINA UNICOM (00762) announced that, as of March 2026, its total number of connected subscribers reached 12.9 billion. This includes 242 million 5G network subscribers and 755 million Internet of Things terminal connections. The company served 438,000 major government and enterprise clients for its Unicom Cloud services, while its cloud and AI products had 112 million paying users. In the same month, smart customer service accounted for 85.6% of all service interactions, and the satisfaction rate for resolved customer inquiries was 96.5%. Additionally, the security services segment served 468,000 major government and enterprise clients.
