JPMorgan Chase & Co. acquired 23.74 million shares of China Resources Land Ltd. off-exchange at an average of HKD 29.2951 per share on September 14, 2026, involving approximately HKD 695.42 million. This was an off-exchange transaction with cash consideration, not a direct secondary-market dealing. According to the supplementary information, the declarant acquired a notifiable interest because the percentage level of its interest in shares held in its lending pool increased.

Prior to the acquisition, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in China Resources Land Ltd. was 344.39 million shares, representing 4.82%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 368.13 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 5.16%.
