CDB Leasing releases supplemental details on purchase of residential photovoltaic power stations

15 May 2026 – China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (CDB Leasing) has issued a supplemental announcement clarifying the counterparties involved in its previously disclosed acquisition of residential photovoltaic power stations and related equipment for its operating lease business.

The buyer, CDB Leasing, confirmed that the sellers are seven project companies wholly owned by Chint Anneng Digital Power (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. The entities are: • Changde Chengtai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. • Hengyang Province Zhangtai New Energy Co., Ltd. • Xiaogan Lingtai New Energy Co., Ltd. • Xiaogan Rantai New Energy Co., Ltd. • Yueyang Chengtai New Energy Co., Ltd. • Changsha Congtai New Energy Co., Ltd. • Shiyan Chutai New Energy Co., Ltd.

These project companies will transfer residential photovoltaic power stations and ancillary equipment to CDB Leasing under the Asset Purchase Agreement first announced on 17 April 2026. The transaction remains classified as a discloseable transaction under the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

No further financial terms or valuation metrics were provided in the supplemental filing. The board composition of CDB Leasing remains unchanged, with Ms. Ma Hong serving as the sole executive director, two non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors.
