Deep News04-03

JD.com has officially rolled out its group buying service, with the first phase involving trial operations at one million餐饮 outlets across 100 cities nationwide.

Consumers can access the service by opening the JD App, entering the "Instant Delivery" channel, and clicking the "Food Group Buying" icon. The platform offers a wide variety of dine-in food options, including quality meals, fast food, barbecue snacks, coffee and tea beverages, hamburgers and pizza, as well as desserts and cakes.

Coinciding with the launch, JD.com has initiated a promotional campaign titled "Group Buying with Free Beverages." In partnership with beverage brands such as Starbucks, Mixue Ice City, Luckin Coffee, Cotti Coffee, Lucky Cup, Auntie Shanghai, and Grandpa Not Brewing Tea, the company is offering benefits to customers. From now until April 30, users who purchase group buying products with a single order amounting to 99 yuan or more (including 99 yuan) and complete in-store verification will receive a discount voucher for a premium beverage. Additionally, customers who opt for in-store pickup can enjoy branded drinks like Starbucks for as low as 0.01 yuan, subject to limited availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

JD.com has stated that it plans to continuously expand its offerings to include more quality餐饮 brands and cover a broader range of lifestyle scenarios in the future.
