Shares of German footwear brand Birkenstock Holding plc (BIRK) declined 2% in early trading on Thursday after the company raised its 2025 revenue outlook to €2.09 billion and announced the acquisition of a German factory for €18 million. The company expects fourth-quarter revenue of at least €520 million, representing 14% growth on a reported basis.
