Yankuang Energy (ASX: YANK) has announced that its board of directors passed a resolution on June 26, 2026, regarding the appointment of a general manager.
Following a nomination by the company's chairman, Mr. Wang Jiuhong has been appointed to the role of general manager.
His term will commence upon the conclusion of this board meeting and will remain in effect until the board meeting concludes for appointing the company's eleventh term of senior management personnel.
