The exercise price for these options is set at HKD 37.78 per H-share, contingent upon acceptance by the grantees and adherence to the rules of the H-share share option scheme.
On February 3, 2026, the company also granted a total of 1.5313 million awards under its H-share share incentive scheme to 80 recipients, subject to their acceptance and compliance with the scheme's regulations.
