BrainAurora-B (06681) has announced that, effective April 15, 2026, Ms. Li Mingqiu has resigned from her position as a non-executive director due to other work commitments and personal scheduling. Mr. Li Sirui has also resigned as a non-executive director for the same reasons. Mr. Yang Fan has been appointed as a non-executive director, and Ms. Wang Jingbo has been appointed as a non-executive director. Furthermore, Ms. Li Mingqiu will no longer serve as a member of the board's nomination committee, while Ms. Wang Jingbo has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.
