PEIPORT HOLD issues notification on availability of 2026 Interim Report

On 22 September 2026, PEIPORT HOLD (Peiport Holdings Ltd.) released a formal notice informing non-registered shareholders that the company’s 2026 Interim Report has been published in both English and Chinese on the corporate website (www.peiport.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders holding shares through the Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS) may provide an email address via Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Ltd. to receive electronic alerts when future corporate communications are posted online. If a valid email address is not supplied, physical notification letters will continue to be mailed to the address on record.

Investors may, at any time, request printed copies of corporate communications—free of charge—by writing to Union Registrars Ltd. (Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong) or by emailing 2885-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk. Prior written requests for printed materials automatically expire one year after receipt unless renewed, revoked, or superseded.

Enquiries can be directed to Union Registrars at +852 2849 3399 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays). The notification was authorized by Chairman and Executive Director Yeung Lun Ching on behalf of the board.
