Stock News05-28

Innocare Pharma Limited (688428.SH) announced that the New Drug Application (NDA) for its self-developed Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor, orelabrutinib, intended for the treatment of patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), has been accepted for review by the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). Orelabrutinib is a novel, highly target-selective BTK inhibitor independently developed by the company. BTK is a key kinase in the B-cell receptor signaling pathway, crucial for the activation of B lymphocytes, macrophages, and other immune cells, as well as for the production of pathogenic antibodies involved in the pathological process of ITP.
