China Resources Gas Publishes 2025 Annual Report, AGM Circular and ESG Report; Sets Out Shareholder Communication Arrangements

China Resources Gas Group Limited released its 2025 Annual Report, a circular dated 30 April 2026 containing the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and related proxy form, together termed the “Current Corporate Communication”.

The English and Chinese versions of these documents are now available on both the company’s website (www.crcgas.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are encouraged to access the electronic versions.

Non-registered shareholders who cannot access the online documents may obtain free printed copies by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing 1193-ecom@vistra.com.

To receive future corporate communications electronically, non-registered shareholders must provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries. Until an email address is supplied, notices of publication will be sent in printed form only.

The 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report is published exclusively in electronic format on the same websites.
