Bulletin Express07-20

J&T Global Express Limited (J&T Express-W) disclosed a share repurchase on 20 July 2026, acquiring 2.89 million Class B weighted-voting-rights ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The transaction, executed at prices between HKD 9.24 and HKD 9.33, involved a total cash outlay of HKD 26.92 million.

Following the buyback, the company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.03% to 8.68 billion, while treasury shares rose to 114.96 million. The overall issued share capital remained unchanged at 8.79 billion shares because the repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock rather than cancelled.

The purchase forms part of a mandate approved on 25 June 2026 authorising repurchases of up to 967.47 million shares. Including the latest transaction, 26.79 million shares—equivalent to 0.28% of the company’s issued share base at mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, J&T Express-W is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 19 August 2026, 30 days after the latest buyback.
